Important

To reserve a massage, 50% of the total amount must be paid. Your appointment is only definitively confirmed once the proof of payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from Kínēsis+.

Cancelling at least 24 hours before the appointment entitles you to reschedule while keeping your deposit (valid for a maximum of 1 month).

In the event of cancellation within 6 hours, a no-show, or arriving 20 minutes or more late, the deposit expires.

For arriving 15 minutes late, a surcharge of 10% of the total amount is charged.
