From a coaching perspective, one of the main reasons we choose Kinesis+ is because we understand that athletic development is rarely a linear process. Throughout a training cycle, athletes may experience pain, discomfort, or minor injuries that require professional assessment and a second opinion.
What sets Kinesis+ apart for us is their ability to work collaboratively with both the athlete and the coach. Rather than simply addressing the immediate issue, they take the demands of the athlete's training and sport into consideration and provide practical strategies to modify training where necessary.
The communication between the physiotherapist, athlete, and coach is particularly valuable. When an athlete is dealing with an injury or limitation, Kinesis+ helps us understand what can be safely continued, what needs to be modified, and what alternative exercises or approaches can be implemented. This allows us, as coaches, to make informed programming decisions without unnecessarily interrupting the athlete's training.

Our goal is not only to manage injuries, but to keep athletes progressing wherever possible while prioritizing their recovery and long-term performance.
